The clans have lived in peace for moons. Two cats will change it all. The secrets between the cats, in these clans will be released. Battles will overcome the four clans, and one clan may be lost forever. The tension between leaders will be told. And the moons to come with be the toughest the clans have ever faced. Destinypaw stretched and yawned. It was morning at last! Today is when Hollowleaves the Deputy is going to announce who goes to the Gathering. Destinypaw was very excited because this was her chance to go to her first gathering. Brightpawhad just woken up from her bed and had yawned. "Mornin' sleepyhead!' Destinypaw said to her. Brightpaw was Destinypaw's best friend and always will be there for her. Brightpaw saw that she was very excited. "What's up with you? All excited for the announcement?" Brightpaw guessed. "Yup! I can't wait! Heatherscarlet said that I deserved to go and that I have a chance!" Destinypaw explained to her. "Don't count on it." Owlpaw had woken up and overheard their conversation. "Hollowleaves is very strict and will pick only the worthy warriors and apprentices. I am surely going though, I am worthy enough." Owlpaw spat at them and left the den. "Owlpaw is right, I am worthy too." Fawnpaw said to them with a grim. She followed Owlpaw out the den. "Don't listen to them Destinypaw, they're just jealous because of yesterday." Brightpaw encouraged her. Yesterday all the mentors took the apprentices out to train and Jetpelt had complimented on her fighting skills. Fawnpaw had been trying to cheer Owlpaw since then. Thunderpaw and Redpaw woke up, because of the comotion. "What's wrong? Did they bully you again?" Thunderpaw said to her in a confident voice. They meant Owlpaw and Fawnpaw. Destinypaw nodded. "Well then..." Thunderpaw started. "Thunderpaw...don't go too loose..." Redpaw told him on a strong voice. "Oh...right, it's okay Destinypaw,they'll regret that later at the announcement." Thunderpaw said to her, then left the den. Redpaw nodded at Destinypaw and then licked his little sister's ear and followed Thunderpaw. Destinypaw laughed. "What? He's my brother...he can do that I guess..." Brightpaw insisted. 'Huh...well I guess my hopes are up, but....' "But what if Owlpaw and Fawnpaw are right?" Destinypaw said. "Don't worry you'll be fine..."Brightpaw then went out of the den. Destinypaw was still worried. She followed Brightpaw out the den.

"All cats old enough to catch their own prey come here!" Hollowleaves announced. 'He's announcing it! He's announcing it!' she thought Destinypaw hurried into the crowd. Brightpaw, Thunderpaw and Redpaw were behind her. Owlpaw gave Destinypaw and grim smile followed by Fawnpaw. Brightpaw went next to her to block their view. Destinypaw smiled as a thank you. Thunderpaw and Redpaw sat beside them. "Well, as you know I will be announcing who will go to the gathering. Gingerstar and I have chosen carefully and we have chosen..." Destiny closed her eyes waiting to hear her name. "Scareye will stay, Jetpelt and Gingerstar, and Redpaw will stay. The rest will go" He said. 'Yes! I'm going!' Her eyes are like glass, for they are a light purple with a darker blue outline to the rim. She is very graceful, and full of gratitude; and cherishes any moment that she gets to talk to her friends. Likes to watch the forest so full of life, and look at the lush, colorful patterns of the flowers. Lightningpaw awoke, startled from her dream. The words still ringing in her mind, “As Thunder Booms and Lightning Strikes, the clans will shatter…” "What could it possibly mean?" She asked herself. "Awake already?" Ravenfrost, my mentor asked. "Er...yeah I was...hungry!" Lightningpaw said and walked out of the Medicine Den. Ravenfrost stayed in the den, and just sighed, letting sleep overcome him once again. Lightningpaw padded to the fresh-kill pile and grabbed a thrush. She dragged it back near the nursery and started eating. "What should I tell Ravenfrost? Should I even tell him what that StarClan cat said in my dream?" She wondered.

The forest was silent as Lightningpaw walked through it. The only thing she needed was Thyme, but couldn't seem to find it. A bird cawed above her, as she jumped backwards. "Where is it?" she hissed getting frustrated. "I'll never be a good Medicine Cat, if I can't find this one herb!" Lightningpaw muttered. She was at the end of her territory. A great feild stretched in front of her, that didn't belong to the clans. Beyond that feild was another forest, no cat had gone before. "Don't even think about it Lightningpaw," she thought. Well, if she were to be the best Medicine Cat, she would go in there, and look for Thyme. Lightningpaw looked around her and ran into the feild. Several plants stuck to her ginger pelt as she raced through the feild. The dark trees got closer, and Lightningpaw got a knot in her stomach. She slowed down and looked at the trees. "Come on Lightningpaw, what's the worst that can happen?" she whispered and padded into the forest. An howl hooted in a tree beside her. She scented the air and smelled something unfamiler. Something she'd never smelled before. "Hey!" a black tom popped out of a bush behind her. Lightningpaw jumped and glared at him. "W-who are you?" she questioned. "I'm Thunderpaw. An apprentice of EarthClan," he said and licked his pelt clean of brambles. "O-oh yeah. I've seen you at gatherings before." Lightningpaw muttered. "I followed you here. I saw you were heading towards this forest. I was in a tree in my territory," he explained. "Oh...well, just trying to find a herb," Lightningpaw said. "Mind if I come?" Thunderpaw asked. "Er...sure come on," she muttered. Lightningpaw scented the air again. Still that unfamiler scent. "Smell that?" she asked. "Smell what?" he echoed. A howl broke the silence and they both jumped backwards. "What was that?" Lightningpaw asked. "I-I don't k-know," Thunderpaw stuttered. "We should go," Lightningpaw whispered. "Aww, leaving so soon?" a voice growled. Lightningpaw and Thunderpaw stayed silent looking into the trees. A gray wolf and a sandy ginger wolf stepped out of the brambles. "What are you doing here?" the gray wolf growled. "Er...looking for herbs," Lightningpaw said. She knew she was shaking, from being so scared but tried to act like she was brave. The happy sparkle in Thunderpaw's eyes was replaced with a glint of fear. The two wolve's looked at the apprentices. "Come with us," they growled. Thunderpaw and Lightningpaw had no other choice than follow. So, they nodded and followed the two wolves. How can a perfect herb hunting day, become a disaster?

Silverpaw rolled the piece of moss to Starlingkit. The little kit tripped over the ball of moss. "Ouch," Starlingkit mewed. Frogkit laughed at his sister and tripped falling on the ground. "Smooth Frogkit," Silverpaw purred. She grabbed the ball of moss and passed it back to the kits. "I think I'm going to see Duskpool," she said to the kits. "Aww, come back though Silverpaw. Please?" Frogkit asked. "Sure. I guess," Silverpaw said, and smiled. "Duskpool!" Silverpaw said padding quickly over to her brother. "Yes?" he asked. "I can't just see my brother?" Silverpaw questioned. "No, not now. Sparrowsong is freaking out already. We need herbs. Whitetooth has green-cough," Duskpool muttered. "Well, Sparrowsong can get herbs herself," Silverpaw mumbled. "Well, I'm her apprentice and I need to learn my herbs. She's joing the elder's den soon," he said and walked away from his sister. Silverpaw watched her brother leave and groaned in boredem.

Silverpaw closed her eyes, trying to sleep again, the rain sticking to her fur. She was the only apprentice in the den, since her brother Duskpool started sleeping in the Medicine Cat Den. She rolled on the hard, soggy moss trying to find a dry comfortable place. "Whatever," she whispered and curled up in a ball. Sleep finally overcame. That night she had a dreamless sleep. A stab of pain poked her side. She heard a hiss in her ear and awoke, startled. "W-what?" she asked Foxtail standing over her. "Come on, it's your time for patrol," he hissed. "Does it always take you this long to wake up?" Foxtail asked. "No," Silverpaw mumbled and got up. She walked out of the Apprentice Den, with many cats looking at her. They were lined up by the camp enterance, everyone of them glaring at her. Silverpaw's pelt burned with embarrassment. "Sorry," she apoligized looking at the ground. "Well, come on!" Leafbreeze hissed, beckoning her over with a flick of her tail. Heatherfoot and Leopardface were quietly murmering to eachother. Silverpaw strained her ears to hear what they were saying. "Did you hear those two apprentices in OceanClan and EarthClan are missing?" Heatherfoot asked quietly to Leopardface. "Well, are we going to stay here and gossip about those two apprentices, or go on patrol?" Leafbreeze asked, her tail lashing back and forth with annoyance. Heatherfoot and Leopardface stopped talking and followed Leafbreeze, while Foxtail brought up the rear of the patrol. The scents of different things flooded into Silverpaw's mouth. The words still echoed in her ears. Two apprentices getting kidnapped? What happened to them? Silverpaw asked herself. "Silverpaw come!" Foxtail hissed, interrupting her thoughts. Silverpaw raced after her patrol, the words still ringing in her ears.

Chapter 2

Sandheart growled and launched himself at Tintedstar "you kill your own sister!?" he hissed. Silkwing and Speckledstream exchanged sad glances, Hazeldapple wrapped her tail around her kits and mudfang launched himself at hazeldapple Silkwing jumped on Mudfang clawing at him and biting his neck smelling the fresh blood then she felt pain in her side Foxchaser headbutted her off of him
Silkwing hissed swiping at him "retreat!" a yowl called Sandheart hissed at waterpelt
"what!?"
"Retreat!"he called again
all of the good side retreated fallowing Waterpelt, But Sandheart was the last Silkwing shot one sad glance at Spotteddapple and fallowed the others

All of Silkwing's side, the Good Side, raced to the forest, across the moor over the river and into the forest owned by no clan. they all rested in a clearing Foxkit was suckling his mother Hazeldapple and waterpelt was talking to gashpaw, who was so very close to becomeing a warrior before the clan split. Silkwing looked sadly around the group of cats, they needed a leader, but who? Silkwing noticed Sandheart was walking over to her, she caught her breath, the moon's shine reflected off of Sandheart's pelt handsomely "you ok? you have a big scratch in your side" Silkwing looked at him and smiled "yeah im fine, you?" Sandheart nodded "yeah" Silkwing loked at the stars "im surprised Tintedstar Killed his own sister" Sandheart was sharpening his claws on a rock "im not" he mumbled Silkwing looked ceriously at sandheart why was he acting like he just lost a love?* she thought but decided she didnt want to know. Silkwing got up and looked at sandheart "im going to sleep, you?"
"no"
"oh... ok" Silkwing walked to a makeshift den some apprentices were working on and sighed Silkwing, Sandheart, and Waterpelt were the only ones up, she noticed Specklestream was laying with all the other cats, Hazeldapple was curled up with her kit and apprentice were surrounding her with warriors around them with Speckledstream on a far side, Silkwing walked over to her friend "aren't you cold?" she asked "no" *why was everyone being so grumpy?* she asked herself "listn, I know that your mentor died, but on the bright side, your now a full medicine cat" Silkwing hoped she could cheer Speckledstream up "i know," speackledstream meowed "but I don't, know if she tought me everything though" Silkwing curled up next to her "everything will be fine" she yawned and drifted to a deep sleep

Silkwing was dreaming a peaceful dream, she was in a starry forest she saw so many starry cats there *it seems like i should know were I am...* she told herself

Chapter 1

My name is Silkwing, My friends and I grew up in the time of havoc and you couldn't trust anyone but yourself, some cats wanted
your secrets for they're families and some wanted your trust for other purposes no one could know about, Sandheart and Speckledstream are my friends, but how do I know they're with me? We have history, that's how.....

The wind blew in Silkwing's ears she heard the whisper of cats around her *were am i?* she asked herself *how did i get here?* there was a trickle of water next to her and moonstones on the roof that was the only source of light. Then suddenly screeches broke outShe felt prodding in her side
"Silkwing! come on! wake up!" A Black cat with cream patches and faint blue eyes was face to face with her "Specklestream?" Silkwing coughed "come on! Sandheart is fighting them off right now!" Speaklestream ordered Silkwing shot up "Sandheart were!?" Blood filled Silkwing's nostrils and ear splitting screeches got louder "Whats happening!?" Silkwing asked her friend Speacklestream looked behind her "I'll explain later! But first we have to get you and the others to safety!" Silkwing limped *oh yeah now I remember*

A flash back hit her mind it was peaceful no battle screeches and a sandy orange/yellow tom sat next to her, his peaceful green eyes soothed her troubles they heard a battle cry and Silkwing whipped around cats were streaming in every were! "Attack!" a they're evil leader yowled raging claws hit silkwing's back, her clan maate's scent was be hind her she wipped around to see Mudfang, she remembered that the clan went into two groups one that didn't support the leader and one that did, there were several more cats besides Silkwing.Sandheat and Speackledstream that didn't support them and Mudfang wasn't one of them, she saw Sandheart get up and rake his claws down Mudfang's back.

"get up Silkwing! Ugh! not again!" Silkwing whipped her mind back to the present and felt two pelt on her sides she looked at sandheart and Specklestream "It's ok i can manage on my own" They both nodded and started running for the other side of camp the raced out and into the open moor, over to a old badger set and into the hole they rested there. Silkwing's own clan attacked them and the other cats on her side "were is every one else?"Silkwing asked out of breath. Sandheart spoke up " every one else is fighting, we won't admit defeat" he growled *oh Sandheart, so loyal and brave* Sandheart looked at her "what do you think?" he asked
"What?"
"Do you think that we should just give up?"
"oh! no way! though it is the medicine cats choice"
The medicine cat Spotteddaple was Speckledstream's mentor she was practically the leader of the good side,
"What I want to know is, why are we even fighting" Speckledstream murmured "Doesnt Spotteddapple tell you anything anymore?" Sandheart asked Speckledstream said nothing, "well what we need is a plan" Silkwing butted in hoping to change the subject, she knew that spotteddaple was old and was cranky sometimes and they were never really close like mentor and apprentice should be.
Speackledstream and Sandheart looed at each other "I mean, Shouldnt we have a plan just incase next time they try to run us out of our makesift camp again?" Sandheart looked worried "That's Spotteddapple's dessication-" Sandheart got cut off by noises out side the badger hole crying and wailing broke off The three cat walked out surprised to see Spotteddaple laying dead and the cat looming over her was they're evil leader, Tintedstar.

This Cat, Silkwing was it? Yes Silkwing, and her friends Sandheart and speakledstream grew up in times of war and evil, though maybe they had a good heritage in them? Silkwing was a powerful cat with her friends by her side nothing could go wrong, no Foxkit, not that way, she was powerful in the mind and strength of loyalty to herself and Friends, Silkwing became something great in the end, though she grew up in Havoc she knew it and her friends did too that it would end though they didn't know who would end it.

Brightpaw- a orange tabby she cat with blue eyes. Her older sister is Fawnpaw, but instead of hanging out with them she hangs out with her best friend Destinypaw. She is also the younger sister of Redpaw. Her parents are Gingerstar and Hollowleaves.

Thunderpaw- a orange tom with amber eyes. He is confident and strong in so many ways. He will always think of a plan and is a very fast learner. He plays with Brightpaw and Destinypaw most of the time and the thing is he kind of likes Destinypaw.

Destinypaw- a silver tabby she cat with blue eyes. She is a fast learner too and is very smart. Her best friend is Brightpaw and plays around with Thunderpaw. She respects the warrior code. She also has a a small crush on Thunderpaw.
